- Office Assistants: 18 – 28 years
- Officer Scale I: 18 – 30 years
- Officer Scale II: 21 – 32 years

Educational Qualification
- Office Assistant: Graduate in any discipline + Proficiency in local language + Computer knowledge desirable.
- Officer Scale I: Graduate in any discipline (Preference for Agri, IT, Law, Management, Economics, etc.).
- Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer): Graduate with 50% + 2 years’ banking/finance experience.
- Officer Scale II (Specialist Officer):
- IT Officer – B.Tech/CS/IT + 1 year exp.
- Chartered Accountant – CA + 1 year exp.
- Law Officer – LLB + 2 years’ exp.
- Treasury – CA/MBA (Finance) + 1 year exp.
- Marketing – MBA (Marketing) + 1 year exp.
- Agriculture Officer – Agriculture/related degree + 2 years’ exp.
- Officer Scale III: Graduate with 50% + 5 years’ banking/finance experience.
