Eligibility Criteria (as on 01-08-2025)
1. Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in any discipline (Regular / Distance Learning) from a University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India or approved by a Government Regulatory Body.
- Minimum Experience: Nil.
2. Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 35 Years

Salary and Compensation Structure
The GDS engaged with IPPB as Executives will receive a fixed monthly remuneration:
- Fixed Monthly Pay: A lump sum amount of ₹ 30,000/- per month will be paid. This is inclusive of statutory deductions and contributions as applicable.
- Increments and Incentives: Annual increment of the lump-sum pay and incentives will be granted based on performance in business acquisition/sales activities, as decided by the Competent Authority.
- Note: No other pay, allowances, or bonuses shall be paid. Tax deductions will be done as per the prevailing IT Act.
Application Fee
- A Non-Refundable Application Fee of ₹ 750/- is payable.
- The fee once paid will not be refunded or held in reserve for any future selection process.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will primarily be based on academic merit, with the Bank reserving the right to hold an examination:
- Merit List: Selection will be made on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in the graduation. A merit list will be drawn banking outlet wise.
- Online Test (Discretionary): The Bank reserves the right to conduct an Online Test.
- Tie-Breaker Rules:
- In case of equal graduation percentage, the candidate having seniority in service at the Department of Posts (DoP) shall be selected.
- If the seniority in service is also the same, the candidate will be selected based on their Date of Birth (older candidate preferred).
- Mark Calculation: Candidates must fill the exact percentage of marks obtained in Graduation up to two places of decimal. Rounding off is not acceptable. Candidates with grades (GPA/CGPA/CQPI) must convert them to the equivalent percentage (%) as per the formula provided by their college/university.

- Click on the relevant recruitment notification link and then click on the “Apply Online” link.
- Complete the Online Registration process starting from 09.10.2025.
- Fill in all required details accurately, upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature, and ensure all eligibility criteria are met.
- Pay the Application Fee of ₹ 750/- before the deadline of 29.10.2025.
- After final submission, take a printout of the application form for your records (available until 13-11-2025).
