Eligibility Criteria

  • Junior Clerk/Typist:
    1. A Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-recognized university.
    2. A certificate of basic computer application knowledge from a recognized institute, as per relevant GAD, Gandhinagar resolutions. (Candidates must pass CCC and Hindi/Gujarati higher-level exams during probation if not already passed).
  • Junior Stenographer:
    1. Any Graduate from a UGC-recognized University.
    2. Basic Knowledge of Computer application as prescribed by the Government.
    3. Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and English.
    4. Knowledge of either English Stenography at a Speed of 90 w.p.m or Gujarati Stenography at a Speed of 60 w.p.m.(Preference will be given to candidates knowing both.
